Traces tell stories of people, memories and experiences. In this interactive guided tour, children explore the works of Isabelle Heske and René Radomsky and discover how traces are made visible in art. Through exciting search tasks and creative design techniques, they learn that changes, mistakes and memories can be valuable parts of a story. An inspiring opportunity to discover, create and reflect.
The programme is led by Felicitas Hölzl. Even whilst studying art history, she specialised in art and cultural education. Today, she develops and runs educational programmes in various museums and takes particular pleasure in inspiring children’s enthusiasm for art and history. For the Kebbel Villa, she designs and leads children’s tours that focus on discovery, hands-on activities and shared experiences. It is important to her that every child finds their own way of engaging with art and approaches their visit to the museum with curiosity and enjoyment.
