APL315 is a well known young Ukrainian artist. In 2012 he was marked out by Forbes as one of the most perspective young artists of Ukraine. In 2011 and 2012 entered the top-100 of influential figures and phenomenon of modern Ukrainian art according to the Art Ukraine Magazine 1(20), 6-1(25-26). Born in 1986. Lives and works worldwide. APL315 is a pseudonym hiding an entomologist by training who is actively and consistently engaged in graffiti painting and also experiments with the traditional medium – oil on canvas. He works as a graffiti writer all over the world since 2002 and as a painter since 2005. For more than 10 years of career he had numerous solo and group exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. His works were successfully sold on Ukrainian auctions. The Oberpfälzer Künstlerhaus hosted APL315's 2019 artist residency in partnership with the IZOLYATSIA Foundation in Kiew, Ukraine.
