Roman Schöne was born in Spreewald in 1983 and has lived in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania since 2007. He previously spent eight years in Berlin, where he worked in graphic design, illustration and contemporary nude art. After training as a merchandise displayer, he began studying interior design and social pedagogy, among other subjects. Since 2018, he has devoted himself intensively to land art and works with natural materials to create temporary installations and sculptures. His works are created in close collaboration with the environment and reflect the constant change of nature.

The artist has created works in various countries, including Morocco, Denmark, and Italy, and has exhibited at renowned venues such as the Neues Kunsthaus Ahrenshoop and the Akademie der Künste Berlin.

With his art, he focuses on transience and the dialogue between humans and nature, creating cultural interventions that capture the fleeting moment.
